Spaghetti with Chicken Cutlets

First of all, I am still not satisfied with the picture quality. I left my my macro lens and tripod back home. I personally think to get a good quality of food photography, you’ve got to get close to the food. Thus, a good lens and a tripod are must-haves. Oh well, there is always room for improvement.

Well, as for the recipe. I dont think anyone need a spaghetti recipe right? As for the chicken cutlets, the recipe is pretty straight forward.

Chicken Cutlets
ingredients:
chicken fillets (make sure they are thin enough)
flour
1 egg, mix well.
(seasoned) breadcrumbs

direction:
Dump each chicken fillet into the flour , then into the egg mixture, and finally into the breadcrumbs. Make sure its surface is fully covered by the breadcrumbs.
Fry until golden brown.
If you’d like to turn your chicken cutlets into chicken parmesan, simply put the parmesan slices on top of them. Bake ‘em till the cheeses melt.
